No credit card. No trial expiry. No per-finding charges. Business and Enterprise are flat-rate; bring as many users as you want.
The competitive set: Bolster ($25-75K), Doppel ($40-80K), ZeroFox ($50-200K), BrandShield ($30-60K), Recorded Future ($50-100K). Picking any one of those gets you part of the picture; piecing them together costs the salary of an entire security analyst.
SecurityAlert at $249/month flat covers brand protection, threat intel, attack surface, code-leak scanning, dark web, credential exposure, takedown management, and feed exports. See the head-to-head →
Yes. No credit card. No trial expiry. 1 brand monitor with daily scans, full threat intel browsing, all free tools. Free forever, not a 12-month trial like SOCRadar. We make money on Pro / Solo / Business / Enterprise upgrades when teams need scale.
No. Pro, Solo, and Business all run a 14-day trial with no card required. We email you a few days before the trial ends if you want to keep going. If you do nothing, you drop to the free tier (1 brand) and your data stays put.
$249 a month. No per-user, per-brand, per-finding, or per-takedown charges. Bring 5 users, 50 users, or 500 users at the same price.
The jump from Pro at $29 to Business at $249 was an 8x cliff. Agencies and 5-person SaaS teams that outgrew Pro had nowhere to go. Solo at $79 (5 brands, GitHub leaked-secrets, brand-asset matching, malvertising detection, VIP watchlist for 3 execs) fills the gap. With the +5 brands at $49/month add-on you can scale to 15-20 brands before Business makes sense.
Not yet. The REST API at /api/v1 is currently Business and Enterprise only because the API call volume materially affects our infrastructure cost. We are watching the data and may extend it to Solo with a tighter rate limit if customers ask.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe handles proration.
Not yet, coming Q3 2026. We're a small team and want to nail the monthly experience first.
ServiceAlert.ai is our sister product, focused on uptime monitoring and third-party SaaS status aggregation. Different problem, different buyer. Some customers want both; bundle pricing in development.
