Pro and Solo checkout creates a subscription for the person who signs in. If you already receive paid access through a workspace, we will not start a second subscription that adds no immediate benefit. The current company owner can subscribe from Billing and manage company invoices, payment methods and cancellation there.

What Business takedown support includes
SecurityAlert collects evidence, drafts abuse reports, identifies relevant provider contacts and tracks the case. Your team reviews and approves reports before submission. Providers control removal decisions and timing; the subscription does not include a 24/7 managed analyst service or a guaranteed takedown deadline.
Business has no additional per-user, per-finding or per-takedown platform charge within the plan's monitor limits.
The company trial covers monitoring for one domain. It does not unlock the full Business investigation workspace. The public walkthrough lets you examine an illustrative investigation before subscribing.
What counts as a brand?
One brand monitor covers a root domain, such as example.com, and its discovered subdomains. A separate root domain uses another monitor. Public research and one-off tool lookups do not use a brand monitor.
Pro and Solo belong to one person. Business gives your company a shared workspace with unlimited users. Cloud integrations are optional; domain monitoring does not require access to Azure or another cloud account.

What does "$249 flat" mean?
$249 a month includes 10 brand monitors and unlimited users. There are no per-user, per-finding, or per-takedown charges. Bring 5 users, 50 users, or 500 users at the same price. The current company owner can subscribe from Billing and manage company invoices, payment methods and cancellation there.
Which plans include website impersonation investigations?
Business and Custom include protected-page comparisons, screenshots, review history, referral CSV imports and 7-, 30- or 90-day monitoring after investigation closure. The website beacon is optional: install its snippet on a verified page, check installation and manage approved hostnames. You can pause or revoke it. The company trial covers domain monitoring and does not unlock the full Business investigation workspace.
Why did you add the Solo tier?
Solo is an individual subscription for analysts who need more monitoring capacity and investigation tools. Solo at $79 (5 brands, actor tracking, GitHub leaked-secrets, brand-asset matching, VIP watchlist for 3 execs) fills the gap.
What is actor tracking?
Search collected registration and nameserver observations, then watch selected actor infrastructure. New matches retain the source and observation time. A match is an investigative lead; registration details may be unavailable or delayed. Included on Solo and Business.
Can I use the public API on Pro or Solo?
The public REST API and read-only MCP access are included on Business. Pro and Solo do not include these interfaces.
Can I switch between plans?
Pro and Solo subscribers can change or cancel their individual subscription through Billing. The company owner can cancel Business at the end of its billing period. Contact support to move an individual subscription into company billing without overlapping charges.
Do you offer annual prepay discounts?
Plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is not currently available.
